Pell James

Pell James (born April 30, 1977) is an American actress. She was born in Virginia. James made appearances in the early 2000s, including an episode of Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU. In 2005, she portrayed Brier in Undiscovered, and had roles in Broken Flowers and The King. James also played Zodiac Killer victim Cecelia Shepard in the film Zodiac. In 2006, she married Michael R. Burns, a banker, entertainment executive, and vice-chairman of Lionsgate, in a Roman Catholic ceremony at the Chateau Marmont officiated by Rev. William G. Murphy.
