Penny Santon

Penny Santon, born Pierina Burlando on September 2, 1916, was an American film, stage, and television actress. She is best known for her role as Mama Rosa Novelli in the crime drama television series Matt Houston. Santon appeared in various films including 'Interrupted Melody' (1955), 'Full of Life' (1956), and 'Love with the Proper Stranger' (1963). She also had uncredited roles in films such as 'West Side Story' (1961) and 'The Wrong Man' (1956). In addition to her film and television work, Santon made appearances on the TV series 'Wagon Train' in 1963. She passed away on May 12, 1999, at the age of 82 in Burbank, California.
