Peter Jason Biography
Peter Edward Ostling, known professionally as Peter Jason, is an American character actor. He was born on July 22, 1944, in Hollywood and grew up in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach. Jason has appeared in over eighty films and a hundred television series throughout his career. He played the character Con Stapleton in the series Deadwood and was a frequent collaborator with directors Walter Hill and John Carpenter, appearing in eight and six of their films respectively. Additionally, Jason voiced Sergeant Dornan in the video game Fallout 2. Some of his notable film roles include supporting roles in 48 Hrs. and Arachnophobia. He studied drama at Carnegie Mellon University after attending Orange Coast College.
