Peter Reckell

Peter Paul Reckell is an American actor best known for his role as Bo Brady on the NBC drama Days of Our Lives. He originated the role in 1983 and played it on and off until 2012, returning briefly in 2015 for the show's 50th anniversary. In 2022, he appeared on Beyond Salem, Book 2, and in 2023, he made a short-term return to Days of Our Lives. Reckell also portrayed Eric Hollister on As the World Turns from 1980 to 1982 and Johnny Rourke on Knots Landing from 1988 to 1989. Born in Elkhart, Indiana, and raised on a farm in Okemos, Michigan, Reckell developed a passion for theater during his school years and pursued acting after graduation.
