Phil Wang

Phil Wang is a British-Malaysian stand-up comedian, comedy writer, and actor. He is best known for his work as a member of the sketch comedy group Daphne and co-creator of their BBC Radio 4 series, Daphne Sounds Expensive. Wang was born in Stoke-on-Trent to an English mother and a Chinese-Malaysian father. Raised in Malaysia, he was taught in Malay, Mandarin, and English. Wang currently hosts the comedy podcast 'BudPod' alongside fellow comedian Pierre Novellie. With his multicultural background and comedic talent, Wang has become a popular figure in the comedy scene, appearing in various TV shows and live performances.
