Philip Tan Biography
Philip Tan (born 1978) is a comic book writer/artist known for his work on popular titles such as Spawn, Uncanny X-Men, and Iron Man. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Tan has contributed to various DC Comics projects, including Final Crisis: Revelations and the Green Lantern story arc 'Agent Orange.' He has also illustrated cards for the Magic: The Gathering collectible card game. In 2011, Tan worked on Hawkman as part of DC Comics' New 52 relaunch. He collaborated with Jim Lee on the Suicide Squad Rebirth series in 2016 and began work on Ronin Book 2 in 2022 with Frank Miller and Daniel Henriquez.
