Philippe Brenninkmeyer

Philippe Brenninkmeyer, also known as Philipp Brenninkmeyer, is a Dutch actor born on 3 November 1964 in Wimbledon, London. He is a member of the German-Dutch Brenninkmeijer family, founders of the clothing store chain C&A. After attending boarding schools in Brighton, Meerbusch/Düsseldorf, Bonn, and Switzerland, he worked for C&A in Cologne before pursuing his acting career. Brenninkmeyer studied at the William Esper Studio in New York City from 1997 to 1999 and has also trained in theater in London. He gained recognition in Germany for his role as hotel manager Christian Dolbien in the television series girl friends – Freundschaft mit Herz.
