Phillip Van Dyke (born June 13, 1984) is an American former actor known for his roles in popular TV shows and movies. He gained recognition for his portrayal of the goblin Luke in Disney's Halloweentown film series and Arnold Shortman in Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold! in seasons two and three. Van Dyke also appeared in the short-lived series The Home Court and guest-starred in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. He had the title role in Nickelodeon's Noah Knows Best and played Christopher Hayden in a season three episode of Gilmore Girls. Van Dyke's voice talents were also showcased as the lead character Arnold Shortman in the second season of Hey Arnold! before being replaced in the third season. He made notable one-shot appearances as Sandy in Summer Love and Ludwig in [unknown title].
