Phoebe Tonkin

Phoebe Jane Elizabeth Tonkin (born July 12, 1989) is an Australian actress known for her roles in various television series. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Cleo Sertori in the Australian children's show H2O: Just Add Water. Tonkin also appeared as Fiona Maxwell in Tomorrow, When the War Began, Faye Chamberlain in The Secret Circle, and Hayley Marshall in The Vampire Diaries and its spin-off series The Originals. She began her acting career at a young age, attending dance courses and later studying at the Australian Theatre for Young People. Tonkin was born in Sydney, New South Wales, and graduated from Queenwood School for Girls.
