Granch released his first solo single, 'Late,' in 2019, followed by his self-titled EP. His debut studio album, 'Tengo que calmarme,' was released in 2020, featuring the lead single of the same name. In addition to his music career, Granch made his acting debut in 2021, starring as Philippe, a French prince, in the fourth season of the Spanish Netflix series Élite.
