Polly Shannon

Polly Shannon (born September 1, 1973) is a Canadian actress known for her roles in both film and television. Born in Kingston, Ontario, Shannon was raised in Aylmer, Quebec. She began her career in 1992 with a role in the YTV series Catwalk. Shannon's breakthrough came in 2002 when she portrayed Margaret Trudeau in the miniseries Trudeau, based on the life of the late Prime Minister of Canada Pierre Trudeau. Throughout her career, Shannon has appeared in various television series, including Sirens (1994) as Kelly Van Pelt and Ready or Not (1996) as Angie. She has also worked in films and is recognized for her contributions in the industry.
