Priyanga Burford

Priyanga Burford is a British actress, narrator, and writer. She has appeared in various films and television shows, including No Time to Die, A Long Way Down, A Rather English Marriage, The Thick of It, Silent Witness, and Casualty. In 2015, she portrayed the character of Deepa Kaur, the first Asian woman to be elected as a UK Independence Party Member of Parliament, in the Channel 4 mockumentary UKIP: The First 100 Days. Burford also starred as Mrs Stevens, Leader of the Opposition, in the 2017 television film King Charles III. She has further showcased her talent in the crime drama series Innocent. Burford's versatility and compelling performances have made her a notable presence in the entertainment industry.
