Rachel Skarsten

Rachel Skarsten is a Canadian actress known for her roles in various television series. She gained recognition for portraying Dinah Lance on Birds of Prey, Tamsin in Lost Girl, Elizabeth I of England in Reign, and Beth Kane / Alice in Batwoman. Skarsten was born in Toronto, Ontario, and comes from a mixed Norwegian and Canadian background. She received training in dance at the Royal Academy and attended Claude Watson School for the Arts, focusing on visual arts and the cello.
