Rafer Weigel

Rafer Weigel (born May 5, 1969) is an American broadcast journalist and actor. He is best known for his work in the field of journalism, including being a news anchor and reporter at WFLD-Channel 32 in Chicago and a sports anchor for CNN HLN's Morning Express with Robin Meade. Weigel grew up in Evanston, Illinois in a journalism household, with his father being the renowned television sportscaster and columnist Tim Weigel. He is also the grandson of John Jacob Weigel, the founder of Weigel Broadcasting. In addition to his journalism career, Weigel has also pursued acting. He is currently engaged to Fox 2, St. Louis.
