Raji James Biography
Raji James, born Rajesh Kumar Jhanji on February 24, 1970, is a British actor known for his work in film and television. He is popularly recognized for his roles as Ash Ferreira in EastEnders, DS Vik Singh in The Bill, and Ali Shahzad in Hollyoaks. In the 1999 film East Is East, he portrayed the character of Abdul Khan. James has appeared as a regular character in ITV's The Bill and the BBC's EastEnders, along with guest star roles in shows such as Crocodile Shoes, Waking the Dead, and Doctor Who. He has also featured in the 2006 BBC adaptation of Robin Hood and the Australian TV series Kick in 2007.
