Ralph Michael Ineson (born December 15, 1969) is an English actor and narrator. With his deep and rough Yorkshire accent, he gained recognition for his role as Chris Finch in the BBC sitcom The Office (2001). Ineson's career highlights include portraying William in The Witch (2015), Dagmer Cleftjaw in Game of Thrones (2012), and Amycus Carrow in the final three Harry Potter films. He also appeared as Donald Bamford in the BBC comedy drama series Goodnight Sweetheart and Nikolai Tarakanov in the HBO historical drama miniseries Chernobyl (2019). In 2021, Ineson starred as the title character in The Green Knight. Prior to his acting career, Ineson worked as a teacher and cricket coach after studying theatre at Lancaster University's Furness College.
