Ralphie May

Ralphie May (February 17, 1972 – October 6, 2017) was an American stand-up comedian and actor. He gained recognition for his extensive touring and comedy specials across various media platforms. May was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and raised in Clarksville, Arkansas. He began his stand-up career at age 17, opening for his idol, Sam Kinison. Kinison encouraged him to move to Houston to further develop his comedy routine. May graduated from the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. In 2003, he participated in the first season of Last Comic Standing, finishing as the runner-up. May made appearances in several TV shows and movies throughout his career.
