Raquel Castro

Raquel Castro is an American actress and singer known for her roles in movies and TV shows. She gained recognition for her role as Gertie Trinké in the 2004 film Jersey Girl, where she won the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film – Young Actress Age Ten or Younger. Castro made her acting debut in an episode of the television series Third Watch and went on to appear in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and the independent film Little Fugitive. She also appeared in two episodes of Liv & Maddie as Liv's friend South Salamanca. Castro was a contestant in the American version of The Voice. Her father is Puerto Rican, and her mother is of Italian and Jewish descent.
