Ray Magliozzi Biography
Ray Magliozzi, born on March 30, 1949, is an American radio personality and co-host of the NPR weekly radio show Car Talk. Alongside his brother Thomas Magliozzi, they were known as 'Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers.' Ray and Tom's show received a Peabody Award in 1992 and they were both inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in 2014 and the Automotive Hall of Fame in 2018. Ray's brother Tom passed away on November 3, 2014, at the age of 77, due to complications from Alzheimer's disease. Ray Magliozzi, born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, also graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
