Ray Porter Biography
Ray Porter is an American actor and audiobook narrator. He gained recognition for his portrayal of the DC Comics villain Darkseid in Zack Snyder's Justice League. Prior to this role, Porter appeared in various television series. In the 2017 film Justice League, he became the first actor to be cast as Darkseid in a live-action feature film, but the character's scenes were not included in the theatrical cut. Darkseid's first live-action appearance was in Zack Snyder's Justice League, where Porter portrayed him using motion capture and experimented with different vocal techniques. In February 2022, he was cast in Snyder's film Rebel Moon.
