Ray Wise

Raymond Herbert Wise (born August 20, 1947) is an American actor known for his role as Leland Palmer in Twin Peaks (1990–1991, 2017) and its prequel film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992). He has appeared in films like Swamp Thing (1982), The Journey of Natty Gann (1985), RoboCop (1987), Bob Roberts (1992), Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003), Good Night, and Good Luck (2005), X-Men: First Class (2011) and God's Not Dead 2 (2016). Wise has also appeared in TV shows such as 24 (2006), Reaper (2007–2009), and Fresh Off the Boat (2015–2020). He attended Kent State University and is of Romanian descent on his maternal side.
