Raymond Waring is an English actor born on July 21, 1977, in Liverpool. He grew up in Runcorn, Cheshire, and attended St. Chad's Secondary School. In 1994, Waring was accepted into the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, furthering his passion for acting. He later attended the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in 1997. Known for his versatile roles, Waring has appeared in various films, including 'Submerged,' 'Lucky Break' directed by Peter Cattaneo, and collaborations with Michael Winterbottom on '24 Hour Party People,' 'A Cock and Bull Story,' and 'The Look of Love.' He also appeared in Sally Potter's 'Yes,' as well as Juan Carlos Fresnadillo's '28 Weeks Later' and 'Intruders.' In 2022, Waring portrayed Steve Hart in the Hillsborough disaster miniseries 'Anne,' starring alongside Maxine Peake as Anne.
