Rebecca Jo Budig is an American actress and television presenter. She gained recognition for her role as Michelle Bauer on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light, which she played from 1995 to 1998. Budig then joined the cast of the ABC soap opera All My Children in 1999, portraying the character Greenlee Smythe. She continued in this role until the series finale in 2011. In 2015, Budig joined the cast of General Hospital as Hayden Barnes. Additionally, she has appeared in the TV show L.A.'s Finest as Carlene Hart. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Budig graduated from the Cincinnati Public Schools School for Creative and Performing Arts before pursuing her acting career in Los Angeles.
