Rei Sakuma

Rei Sakuma is a Japanese actress, voice actress, singer, and narrator from Tokyo, Japan. She is best known for her voice work in the long-running children's series Soreike! Anpanman. In the English-speaking world, she gained recognition for her role as the Chinese Amazon Shampoo in Ranma ½. Some of her other popular roles include Yōko Sakakibara in Azuki-chan, Mariemaia Khushrenada in New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, and My Melody in Onegai My Melody. Additionally, she voiced the Mini-Doras in the Doraemon 1979 anime series. Rei Sakuma has also lent her voice to various other characters in anime and has appeared in several Japanese films and television shows.
