Rene Gube Biography
Rene Gube is an American comedian, actor, and writer. He is best known for his role as Threepeat on the TBS sitcom Ground Floor. Gube was also an executive story editor and writer for the CW show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, where he had a recurring role as Father Brah. Born and raised in Rancho Peñasquitos, San Diego, Gube is of Filipino descent. Before pursuing comedy, he worked as a high school teacher. Gube gained popularity through his comedy sketch group, Touchblue, and performed on various stages in California. He is also a frequent performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade. Gube is married to his Ground Floor co-star Briga Heelan.
