Rica Matsumoto (松本 梨香) is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer. Born in Yokohama, Japan, she is known for her work in both anime and live-action. Matsumoto was one of the founders of the anison band JAM Project. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Satoshi (Ash Ketchum in English translations), the main character of the anime series Pokémon. Additionally, she has voiced Ryo Bakura in Yu-Gi-Oh, Midori Kodama in Azuki Chan, and Aoi Futaba in You're Under Arrest.
