Rich Piana

Richard Eugene Piana (September 26, 1970 – August 25, 2017) was an American bodybuilder, businessman, and YouTuber. He achieved notable success in bodybuilding, winning titles such as the NPC Mr. Teen California in 1989 and NPC Mr. California in 1998. Piana was well-known for his open discussion about steroid use in bodybuilding and its consequences. He maintained a popular YouTube channel where he shared motivational speeches, personal anecdotes, exercise videos, and insights into his daily life. Piana's extroverted personality and dedication to his goals resonated with many in the weightlifting community. Unfortunately, he passed away in August 2017 at the age of 46 after spending two weeks in a coma.
