Richard Donat

Richard Donat (born June 1, 1941) is a Canadian actor known for his work in Canadian and American television. He is most recognized for his portrayal of Vince Teagues in the Canadian-American TV series Haven. Donat has had a long and diverse career, primarily in character roles on television, but has also appeared in various films such as Tomorrow Never Comes, City on Fire, and Amelia. Additionally, he has lent his voice to narrate several documentaries, including Nova episodes. Donat has made notable appearances in TV series such as Emily of New Moon as Doctor Burnley and Blackfly as Colonel Boyle. He is the younger brother of Peter Donat and the nephew of British actor Robert Donat.
