Richard Epcar

Richard Epcar is an American voice actor, voice director, and writer. With over 1,200 characters under his belt, he has made a significant impact in the animation, video game, and anime industries. Notable roles include Raiden in the Mortal Kombat franchise, The Joker in various projects such as Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe and Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Zangetsu in Bleach. He has also voiced Etemon and Myotismon in Digimon, Batou in Ghost in the Shell, and Xehanort/Ansem in Kingdom Hearts. Richard Epcar, along with Ellyn Stern, is the owner and operator of Epcar Entertainment, a voice-over production service company based in Los Angeles.
