Richard Ronald Fancy is an American actor and comedian known for his long recurring role as publisher Mr. Lippman on the sitcom Seinfeld. He was born on August 2, 1943, in Evanston, Illinois. Fancy appeared on It's Garry Shandling's Show as network boss Mr. Stravely, as well as playing the priest in the film What About Bob? and Kevin Arnold's high school principal in The Wonder Years. He also had roles in Nixon, Primal Force, and the TV show Sliders. In late 2005, Fancy had notable appearances on Boston Legal as a crooked Catholic priest and on General Hospital as mob financier Bernie Abrahms.
