Richard Ian Cox Biography
Richard Ian Cox is a Welsh-born Canadian actor, comedian, and online radio host. He is best known for his voice work in the English language dubs of anime, particularly for his role in Inuyasha. Cox gained prominence in the early 1990s for his portrayal of Alec Ramsay, a teenaged traveler and horse rider, in The Family Channel's Adventures of the Black Stallion. He also voiced the title character in the animated series Being Ian and Scattershot in Transformers: Cybertron. In addition, Cox provided the voice of Lofty in the American version of the 2015 reboot of Bob the Builder. He has appeared in live-action projects, including the comedy film RV alongside Robin Williams. Cox maintains an active online presence on Tumblr and Twitter.
