Richard Steven Horvitz is an American actor and comedian, born on July 29, 1966, in Los Angeles, California. He is best known for his extensive voice work in animation and video games. Horvitz has voiced iconic characters such as Alpha 5 in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Razputin in Psychonauts, Kaos in Skylanders, and Zim in Invader Zim. He has also lent his voice to other notable projects, including The Angry Beavers, Ben 10, and Ratchet & Clank. In addition to his voice work, Horvitz has appeared in commercials and worked as a hand model. He comes from a family with a background in the entertainment industry, with his brother being a television director and producer.
