Rick Crom Biography
Rick Crom (born March 15, 1957) is an American actor, singer, comedian, lyricist, and composer. He has appeared in numerous television shows and specials, Broadway and off-Broadway musicals, and has been nominated for the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Lyrics three times. Crom made his Broadway acting debut in The Goodbye Girl and has appeared in productions such as Footloose and Urinetown: The Musical. His off-Broadway acting credits include Merrily We Roll Along and Fiorello! As a comedian, Crom has performed with Chicago City Limits and at New York City's Comedy Cellar. He has appeared on shows like Chappelle's Show, Caroline's Comedy Hour, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, and Louie. Crom also teaches a course in stand-up comedy.
