Rick Ludwin (May 27, 1948 – November 10, 2019) was an American television executive known for his work at NBC. He served as the vice president at NBC Television for 31 years and was instrumental in the success of Jerry Seinfeld's sitcom Seinfeld, which became one of the most popular and successful television shows of all time. Ludwin worked closely with various hosts of The Tonight Show, including Steve Allen, Jack Paar, Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, and Jimmy Fallon. He played a key role in guiding the network through the Conan O'Brien and Jay Leno conflict in 2010. Ludwin was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University with a degree in mass communications.
