Rick Warden, born Richard George Warden, is an English actor known for his versatile performances in film and television. He attended Dr Challoner's Grammar School and later pursued a B.A. honours degree in history at Churchill College, Cambridge. In 2004, he married actress Lucy Barker. Warden gained recognition for his role as 1st Lt. Harry Welsh in the HBO miniseries 'Band of Brothers' and as Major Phillip Newman RAMC in the BBC docudrama 'Dunkirk.' He also appeared in the critically acclaimed HBO/BBC2 drama 'Rome' as Quintus Valerius Pompey and in Channel 4's period drama 'Indian Summers' as Ronnie Keane. Warden has showcased his talent in various genres, including the crime drama 'Happy Valley' and the BBC serial production 'Apparitions.' Additionally, he appeared in the Chemical Brothers music video 'Hey Boy Hey Girl.' In recent years, Warden has been seen in the BBC One medical drama series 'Casualty' as Ciaran Coulson, a role he reprised in 2021.
