Ridge Canipe Biography
Ridge Canipe (born July 13, 1994) is an American actor. He gained recognition for his portrayal of a young Johnny Cash in the film Walk the Line. Canipe's notable roles also include the thriller Baby Blues (2008) and the 2005 version of Bad News Bears. He co-starred in the Hallmark Hall of Fame production Pictures of Hollis Woods, which aired on CBS in December 2007. Canipe has made appearances in popular television shows such as Desperate Housewives, Angel, Cold Case, CSI, and Drake & Josh. He played the young Dean Winchester in the CW TV series Supernatural. Outside of acting, Canipe collaborated with Hailey Anne Nelson to create and publish a vegan cookbook for children in association with PETA.
