Rina Sawayama

Rina Sawayama is a Japanese and British singer, actress, and model. Born on August 16, 1990, in Niigata, Japan, she immigrated to London with her parents at the age of five. Sawayama gained recognition in 2017 with the release of her self-titled debut EP. She signed with Dirty Hit in 2020 and released her critically acclaimed debut studio album, 'Sawayama'. Known for her musical versatility, she has also ventured into modeling for fashion campaigns. In addition to her music and modeling career, Sawayama made her film acting debut in the action film 'John Wick: Chapter 4' (2023). She currently resides in London, holding an indefinite leave to remain (ILR) visa in the UK.
