Paulsen has received accolades for his performances, including a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program and three Annie Awards. Some of his notable voice roles include Yakko and Pinky in the Animaniacs franchise, Hadji in The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, P.J. Pete in A Goofy Movie and An Extremely Goofy Movie, Carl Wheezer in Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, and Donatello in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Paulsen grew up in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 1974.
