Robert David Hall Biography
Robert David Hall (born November 9, 1947) is an American actor, best known for his role as coroner Dr. Albert Robbins, M.D. on the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Born in East Orange, New Jersey, Hall attended Tustin High School in California and graduated from UCLA in 1971 with a degree in English Literature. Hall is a former professional musician and accomplished guitarist, piano player, percussionist, and mandolin player. He was a high-profile radio DJ in Los Angeles before pursuing acting. Hall has also done extensive voice work in television commercials and cartoons. Despite having both legs amputated in a 1978 accident, Hall has continued to pursue his acting career.
