Robert Duncan McNeill (born November 9, 1964) is an American director, producer, and actor. He is best known for his role as Lieutenant Tom Paris on the television series Star Trek: Voyager. McNeill has also been an executive producer and frequent director of various television series, including Chuck, Resident Alien, The Gifted, and Turner & Hooch. Beginning his career in local and regional productions, McNeill later attended Juilliard School in New York City. He achieved early success as an actor, landing the role of Charlie Brent on All My Children and starring in the film Masters of the Universe. McNeill has three children from his previous marriage and married Rebecca Jayne Sims in 2021.
