Robert Kirkman

Robert Kirkman (born November 30, 1978) is an American comic book writer, screenwriter, and producer. He is best known for co-creating popular comic book series such as The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, Invincible, Tech Jacket, Outcast, Oblivion Song, and Fire Power for Image Comics. Kirkman has also contributed to Marvel Comics, writing titles like Ultimate X-Men, Irredeemable Ant-Man, and Marvel Zombies. He has collaborated with Todd McFarlane on the series Haunt. Besides his work in the comic book industry, Kirkman is a partner and COO of Image Comics. In 2010, he founded Skybound Entertainment, an entertainment company that develops properties in various media, including comics, television, and film. Skybound Entertainment manages the licenses for The Walking Dead and Invincible, and in 2018, they expanded to create Skybound Games for video game development.
