Robert Portal Biography
Robert Portal is an English actor known for his roles in both television and film. He gained recognition for portraying Paul Critchley in the BBC series The Amazing Mrs Pritchard (2006) and the King in the movie The Huntsman: Winter's War (2016). In addition, he has gained acclaim for his portrayal of the Duke of Richmond in the ITV drama series Belgravia (2020). Born and educated in England, Portal attended Harrow School before pursuing his passion for acting. He honed his skills at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and also received training from the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company.
