Robert Patrick Webb is an English comedian, actor, and writer, born on September 29, 1972. He gained recognition as part of the comedy duo Mitchell and Webb, alongside David Mitchell. Webb's notable television roles include playing Jeremy 'Jez' Usbourne in the Channel 4 sitcom Peep Show, and starring in the sketch show That Mitchell and Webb Look. He also appeared in the film Magicians and the series Ambassadors. Webb has been praised for his performance in the critically acclaimed sitcom The Smoking Room and currently stars alongside Mitchell in the Channel 4 comedy-drama Back. He is a regular comedy panelist and has hosted and narrated various programs.
