Robia LaMorte Biography
Robia LaMorte Scott (born 1970) is an American actress and dancer. She gained recognition as a dancer and spokesperson for musician Prince. LaMorte Scott is best known for her role as Jenny Calendar in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Born in Queens, New York, in 1970, she grew up in various locations including the Florida Keys and Ocean City, Maryland. Inspired by the movie Flashdance, she began dancing and received training in jazz dance, ballet, and tap dance. LaMorte Scott attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts as a dance major and later received a full scholarship to the Dupree Dance Academy in Hollywood. She has appeared in over thirty music videos and toured with the Pet Shop Boys.
