Robyn Malcolm Biography
Robyn Malcolm is a New Zealand actress, born on March 15, 1965. She gained recognition for her role as nurse Ellen Crozier on the popular New Zealand soap opera, Shortland Street. However, she is best known for her portrayal of Cheryl West, the matriarch of a working-class family involved in criminal activities, in the television series Outrageous Fortune, which ran for six seasons. Malcolm has also appeared in other notable television shows such as Rake, Upper Middle Bogan, and The Code. She attended Ashburton College and graduated from Toi Whakaari (New Zealand Drama School) with a Diploma in Acting in 1987. In 2003, she received an International Actors Fellowship at the Globe Theatre in London. Malcolm's talent and performances have earned her nominations for Best Actress at the TV Guide Television Awards.
