Rodney Burford

Rodney Burford Jr. is an American actor, best known for his portrayal of Tony Hughes in the Netflix drama Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and attended the Maryland School for the Deaf before studying at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. In 2020, Burford made his screen debut in the reality television show Deaf U. In 2022, he guest starred as Tony Hughes in the Netflix crime drama series, receiving praise for his portrayal. Burford is partially deaf and uses cochlear implants to understand spoken language.
