Rodney Rowland

Rodney G. Rowland, born on February 20, 1964, is an American actor known for his notable appearances in various productions. Often credited as Rod Rowland, he gained recognition for his role as 1st Lieutenant Cooper Hawkes in the science fiction war drama series 'Space: Above and Beyond' in 1995. Additionally, he portrayed P. Wiley in the film 'The 6th Day' alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger. Originally from Newport Beach, California, Rowland is the youngest of four children and the son of a minister. Prior to his acting career, he worked as a model for esteemed fashion labels including Gucci, Versace, and J.Crew. Rowland's journey into acting began after taking classes at the suggestion of photographer Bruce Weber. He subsequently landed roles in film and theater, with his breakthrough coming in 'Space: Above and Beyond'.
