Rodrigo Lopresti (born September 6, 1976) is an American-Argentine actor, musician, and film director. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and grew up in Miami, Florida. Lopresti graduated from Miami Beach Senior High in 1995. He started his career as the singer and guitar player of the surf-punk band Garlands Room and later released an album as The Hermitt. Lopresti has also showcased his talent as a painter. He made his acting debut with a small role in the movie Dark Voices (2001) and has since appeared in various TV shows, web shorts, and commercials. Notable film appearances include Delirious and The Imperialists Are Still Alive!. Lopresti's work as a director has been recognized with a Best Short Film Award at the Charlotte Film Festival in 2006 for the film Lucia.
