    Roger Federer is a Swiss former professional tennis player who was born on August 8, 1981. He achieved the world No. 1 ranking in singles for a total of 310 weeks, including a record-breaking streak of 237 consecutive weeks. Throughout his career, Federer won 103 singles titles on the ATP Tour, the second most of all time. This includes 20 major men's singles titles, eight of which were Wimbledon championships, making him the record holder for most Wimbledon titles won by a male player. Federer also won five US Open titles and six year-end championships. He became a Wimbledon junior champion in 1998 and went on to win his first major singles title at Wimbledon in 2003. Federer was known for his exceptional performance in major finals, participating in 21 out of 28 between 2003 and 2009. He completed the career Grand Slam in 2009, winning all four major titles throughout his career.
