Roger Hendricks Simon (born October 21, 1942) is an American theater and film actor, producer, and director. He gained recognition for his roles as Bernie Jacobs in Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and Fergal O'Reilly in Love in Kilnerry. Simon also played Mac in Linoleum alongside Jim Gaffigan, Tony Shaloub, and Rhea Seehorn. He is a graduate and founding member of Robert Brustein's Yale Repertory Company. Throughout his career, Simon has directed numerous prestigious theaters and festivals such as London's Royal Court Theatre, Dublin's Abbey Theatre, and the Edinburgh Festival. He has also directed productions for Lincoln Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the Juilliard Opera. Simon is the Founding Artistic Director of The Simon Studio in NYC since 1978 and the L.A. Classical Theatre Lab since 1990. He is also a member and moderator of the Actors Studio Playwrights and Directors Unit in NYC.
